Deposit : A Deposit of the expected bill is required to reserve the date  and the time of your event.

Payments Cash :- Final Payment 7 Days  Before the Event.

Guest Count : A final guarantee guest count is  required 10 days before the scheduled event. This is the number that all food and rental ordering is based, and its better to have enough, than not enough.

Cancellations : Unforseen events do happen and sometimes events must be cancelled, in this case if a cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to event then all moneys, except hire deposits will be returned, less, than 15 days and your deposit will be forfeited.

Rental : We cater to rental needs such as tables, linen, skirting for tables  "Satin your choice of colour" chafing dishes, champagne flutes, wooden salad bowls, platters, cockery & cutlery.

Hygiene : Executive Caterers are entirely proactive about hygiene, taking the utmost care to ensure that our kitchen runs the highest standards of cleanliness.
